Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
One distinction before anything else: this page contains the terms of chancercasino.biz, an independent information portal. It is not the operator's contract and does not stand in for it. The operator's own conditions govern your player account, and they are what any dispute will be decided against — the second half of this page explains how to read them.
Part one: the portal's own terms
Acceptance
Using this site means accepting what is set out below. If you do not accept it, close the page; nothing else follows.
What this site is
An independent information portal covering the Chancer brand. It is not a casino, not an agent and not part of any operator. We take no wagers, hold no funds and maintain no player accounts.
Age
Content is intended for readers aged 18 and over. By continuing you confirm that you are of legal age and that access to gambling-related information is lawful where you are.
Limitation of liability
We aim for accuracy, but operator rules can change at any time and without notice to us. Where our text and the operator's current conditions differ, the operator's conditions prevail. Losses arising from play are not the responsibility of this site: outcomes are random, the risk is inherent, and the decision is yours.
Copyright
Original content belongs to chancercasino.biz. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome; wholesale reproduction without permission is not.
Commercial relationships
The portal is funded by partner commission, described in the affiliate disclosure. It does not change the conditions under which you play at any operator.
External links and availability
Buttons and links on this site lead to external platforms whose content and practices we do not control. Once you cross to an operator's domain, its terms apply to you. We aim to keep this site reachable but do not guarantee it. Amendments to these terms take effect on publication, and continued use signals acceptance. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the rest.
Part two: reading the operator's contract
Most disputes are decided by a handful of clauses that almost nobody opens before depositing. If you read one document, read that one. The clauses below are the ones that will be cited back at you.
| What to find | Why the case turns on it |
|---|---|
| Bonus conditions and maximum stake | An oversized stake while a bonus is active is the most cited reason for voiding winnings |
| Grounds for suspending a withdrawal | Defines when money may lawfully be held, and for how long |
| Verification requirements and deadlines | Without a committed deadline there is nothing to enforce against a delay |
| Account restriction and closure | Shows whether reasons must be given, and whether they can be demanded in writing |
| Complaints procedure | Supplies the filing point, the response deadline and the next forum |
| Licensing authority and named dispute body | Determines where an unresolved case can actually travel |
| The amendment clause | The real question is whether changes reach bonuses already open and payouts already requested |
Two practical habits. Save the version of the terms in force on the day you deposit — if they are rewritten later, your copy shows what applied. And where a clause is ambiguous, ask about it in writing before depositing, in the manner set out on the support page. That reply carries the same evidential weight as the contract itself.
When the contract and the conduct diverge
If an operator relies on something the terms do not contain, or overruns a deadline it published itself, that is a complaint. Ask in writing for the clause relied upon, record the ticket reference and keep everything in one thread. The onward sequence — internal complaints procedure, the licensing authority, the dispute body named in the terms, a payment-side route through your bank, consumer protection channels and, for personal-data questions, the national data protection authority — is set out on the complaints page. Competence depends on where the licence was issued, not where you live.
Nature of the content
Everything published here is information and editorial opinion. It is not an inducement to play, not financial advice and not a guarantee of any outcome. Gambling is paid entertainment in which the house edge favours the operator over time. Decisions about deposits, stakes and frequency belong to the reader — and where those decisions have become difficult, responsible gambling and self-exclusion are the first pages to open, not the last.
