A site that will not say how it earns cannot credibly tell you about your rights. So this page is short on rhetoric: where the money comes from, what that means for you, and what the money is not allowed to touch.

The model

The clearly labelled call-to-action buttons on this site carry a partner link to the Chancer interface. If somebody opens an account through one, the operator may pay a commission to this desk. That is the only revenue stream: no banner advertising, no paid placements, and no sale of visitor data — the last being impossible in any case, since none is collected, as the privacy policy explains.

What it costs you: nothing

Commission is paid out of the operator's marketing budget, never deducted from a player balance. Bonuses, limits, the verification process and payout conditions are identical whether you arrive through a link here or type the address directly. The partner code records a source; it does not alter treatment.

Why the uncomfortable material stays in

A fair question: if the revenue comes from the operator, why devote whole pages to complaint handling, refused verification and breached self-exclusions? Because this desk depends on readers who come back. Anyone caught out by a risk we chose not to mention will not return, and will not recommend us either. Publishing the difficult part is therefore the rational strategy, not an act of idealism. The criteria we apply and the red flags we watch for are published on the assessment page so the claim can be checked.

What commission cannot buy

Where partner links appear

Only inside visible, labelled call-to-action buttons. They are never buried in running text or disguised as navigation. Internal links — to complaints or self-exclusion, for instance — are not partner links and generate nothing.

Editorial independence

Operators do not see drafts, do not commission topics and cannot request the removal of criticism. Offers of that kind have been declined and will continue to be. If the commercial arrangement ever changes materially, it will be stated here, with a date, before the change takes effect. The people behind the content are described on the about and author pages.

What this site is not

chancercasino.biz is not an operator, not an intermediary and not a help desk. We do not open accounts, lift restrictions, release payouts or file complaints on anyone's behalf. What we provide is structure and vocabulary for handling your own case. On the question of who can help, one thing is fixed: the competence of any authority follows the jurisdiction that issued the operator's licence.

Check it yourself

Every claim here is testable. Look for the licence in the operator's footer, find the complaints clause in its contract, and compare both against what we set out on the terms page. Where you find a discrepancy, tell us — corrections are as much a part of this work as the original text, and factual reports are actioned rather than filed away.

Updates and age

Changes to the revenue model are announced here in advance, with a date. Content is for adults aged 18 and over. If play has stopped being entertainment and started being a need, responsible gambling is the page that matters, where the controls are treated as entitlements rather than favours.
