Coins of Alkemor: Hold and Win – the wizard, the multiplier and the record
One thing first: the official title is Coins of Alkemor, not Alkermor. The misspelling has spread across lobbies and catalogues, and it is exactly this sort of detail that stalls a complaint when support cannot find the title being cited. Betsoft released it in July 2024 as part of the Alkemor saga.
The game on paper
The developer is Betsoft, the grid is 3x3 and there are five paylines. Base RTP is 96.18%, with 94.17% and 92.11% builds also in circulation. Volatility is high, the maximum win is 3,600x and the stake range runs €0.20 to €100.
The three RTP bands matter here not as a mathematical argument but as a practical one: an accurate complaint cites the figure shown in the game info panel, not a number from a catalogue. A mismatch between the two is not in itself irregular – an operator is entitled to pick from the bands the studio ships.
Feature rounds step by step
The Hold and Win round begins when bonus and wizard symbols are captured, and the wizard symbols lock in place. The wizard then multiplies the win by adding up the values of the collected bonus symbols, while the Chest of Gold element can reveal further value.
The process creates two states the system has to preserve: which symbols are locked, and how many respins remain. On a three-by-three grid that is very little data, but precisely because the grid is small, one stray symbol visibly changes the result – which makes an accurate log unusually valuable here.
Stakes and limits in forints
Betsoft quotes €0.20–€100, which the operator converts to forints. In practice that can mean a minimum of a few dozen forints and a maximum in the tens of thousands, with the ladder shown in the stake selector. A 3,600x ceiling on a 500 Ft stake implies a theoretical maximum in the region of 1,800,000 Ft – a figure that can surface in payout discussions, since some payment rules settle large amounts in instalments.
Worth separating, therefore: the maximum win is a property of the game, while payout scheduling belongs to the operator. The two are frequently conflated even though different rulebooks govern them.
When a round breaks off
Rounds built on locked symbols are the most sensitive to a dropped connection, because they are not decided in a single instant. The correct reaction is the same as with any Hold and Win title: reopen the same game and let the system restore the state. Locked symbols and remaining respins are held on the provider side.
If reopening does not bring the round back and it does not appear as settled in the history, that is the moment to contact support. Importantly, do not start a fresh round in the same game first, as that muddles the timestamps. Our support page sets out what such a message should contain.
Reading the game history
On Betsoft titles the feature round usually closes as a single entry whose detail can be expanded. That view shows which symbols locked, what values they held and what multiplier the wizard applied. It is the view to quote in a dispute – the log, not an image of the win panel.
Four fields are needed every time: the round identifier, the exact time, the stake placed and the amount credited. With those in hand, the provider can pull the identical round in its own system and the dispute can close in a handful of messages.
Where a claim on a single spin ends
Examinable: a payout that does not match the multiplier and collected value in the log, a stake deducted twice, or a feature round that never settled. Not examinable: symbols failing to land where you hoped – the outcome rests on a random number generator certified by an independent laboratory.
